• Expression Employment is engaged by the Government to support jobseekers who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind or low vision, to find and keep a job 
• We work with employers and individuals to break down perceived differences and maximise the potential of our candidates 
• We are a Disability Employment Service (DES) provider 
• We have offices in Melbourne CBD and Preston

• We assist with onboarding and on-the-job support to ensure the placement is a success 
• We provide access to government subsidies, workplace modifications, interpreting and awareness training
